OKOI is a fermented bar and select shop exploring the coexistence of taste, material, and design. Built around the fluid philosophy of fermentation, the brand celebrates the slow elegance of organic transformation. SHIO developed the complete brand world, translating this temporal process into a living design system that balances structural clarity with a raw, human warmth.


The core identity utilizes pixel organic graphic forms, circular traces that express layers of taste and time across packaging and digital interfaces. The art direction rejects traditional commercial framing, instead capturing unposed, intentional moments: hands reaching across a counter, light bending through glass. This strict visual discipline bridges technical precision with organic imperfection, giving the brand a distinct sensory presence.


The web platform extends this tactile calm through layouts that borrow the structural logic of print. Utilizing modular grids, deliberate pacing, and quiet transitions, the website completely bypasses traditional retail layouts to feel more like an act of observation than digital navigation. The resulting interface becomes an atmospheric, spacious reflection of the physical bar itself: crafted, temporal, and alive in its restraint.
