NOMADIC SPACE VER. LASER is an indoor installation that interrogates the infinite arrangement of points, lines, and planes constituting three dimensional human space. By introducing semi transparent, organic forms constructed from stainless steel wire mesh, the project disrupts traditional physical environments. SHIO utilized multiple light sources and a precise laser control system to slice through the volumetric void, revealing the delicate sectional lines of these geometric objects against the absolute depth of a darkened room.

The work operates as a site of sensory reconstruction, utilizing the cold intervention of light and media to redefine physical boundaries. Viewers are invited to navigate the darkness, engaging with the implied lines of spatial existence to re explore the limits of material perception. Measuring 1000cm in length and width by 350cm in height, the final installation successfully bridges raw technical execution with high concept new media art, solidifying the studio’s authority in large scale physical worldbuilding.
